Training a Husky is nothing like training a Lab. Below is the shortest honest brief I can give on the breeds I work with most — not Wikipedia stereotypes, but what actually matters once training begins.

Under-stimulation is the real reason Labs chew the sofa. Give them a daily job — nose work, fetch with rules, or structured walks — and 80% of the ‘bad behavior’ disappears on its own.

How long does training take?

Most owners see meaningful change within 4–6 weeks of weekly sessions. Behavior correction cases can take longer — we'll set realistic expectations after your first assessment.

Do you use punishment or aversive tools?

Never. No prong collars, no e-collars, no shouting or alpha-rolling. Every method I use is rooted in positive reinforcement and modern canine behavior science.

What age can my dog start training?

As early as 8 weeks. Puppy foundations are actually the easiest window to work in. Adult and senior dogs are fully trainable too — it just takes consistency.

Do you work with all breeds?

Yes. Over 10 years I've worked with toy breeds, giants, working dogs, bully breeds, and everything in between. Temperament matters far more than breed.

What if my dog has a bite history?

I handle reactive and bite-history cases regularly. We'll start with a careful assessment and build a safety-first plan that protects your dog and your household.
